2mm Scale - N Gauge Detailing Westhampton Station Platforms
Here's the next stage of work on Westhampton platforms, the construction of the flower beds. Built on a plastikard base using Javis dessert sand and stone mix. The the sand and stones were separated and the larger stones used for the flower bed edging. The name boards are from Langley Models, the Westhampton name from Sankey Scenics and the flowers are from Ebay. The last few photos are of the advertising boards that I'm now working on using the same method. The next stage is more seating, passenger's and then their luggage on a assortment of trolleys and barrows.
2mm Scale - N Gauge: Ratio Platform Canopies and Platform Lighting.

This is my first attempt to build anything so small. They are for Westhampton Station on the club's N gauge layout, three Ratio N gauge station platform canopy kits. The first completed one is using the ratio colour scheme, the second one under construction is in a more authentic GWR colour scheme using precision paints. Hopefully I'm improving.

The next gallery shows the platform canopies completed including lighting and additional platform furniture. The next stage is to install them on the platforms.
